Most studies on nanoscale heat transfer to date have been limited to single interfaces or very small structures (a few nm). I am simulating up to a 100nm with some nano features. Some of this research may help in the development of better engineering models for thermal engineering of materials to be used in applications such as lasers, thermoelectrics, and thermal assisted magnetic storage devices.
